Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us. Therefore any information disclosed to us either verbally or in writing will only be handled by trained staff at the i Rewire offices. i Rewire will not disclose any of your information to a third party for any marketing purposes.

We may be required to pass on your contact details - upon your prior approval - to 3rd party trades associated with the project/s that you employ i Rewire to take part in, on your behalf.

We will not contact you for any unsolicited 'marketing' or 'sales' reasons other than to respond to your individual request for information and during working projects.

What personal information does i Rewire collect about you?

We collect the information necessary to be able to provide a professional electrical service to the property or properties of your choice. This information includes your name and full contact details which includes the address/es for site visits, for work to be carried out and where permitted by law for safety certificates.

How do we use your personal information?

We may be required, by law, to pass on your contact details and property address details to safety associations in order for safety certificates to be provided to you.

Any data we collect and process as part of our services or any data given to us from you directly will only be used in relation to our electrical work for the projects in which you employ i Rewire.

By providing your contact information you indicate your willingness to be contacted by i Rewire for potential or ongoing electrical work.

You have the right to be provided with clear, transparent and easily understandable information about how we use your information and your rights. This is why we’re providing you with the information in this Policy.

The right to delete

This is also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’ and, in simple terms, enables you to request the deletion or removal of your information where there’s no compelling reason for us to keep using it. There may, however, be exceptions where safety certificates require renewing and therefore a site survey may be required and if so, we will contact you to ensure your electrical wiring is kept up to the required safety standards.
